In July, The Oaks proudly volunteered to support the Mortimer Village Partnership during the Mortimer Fun Day by organising and running a dedicated Kids Activity Zone.
This engaging area gave children the chance to pot their own sunflower seeds in individual plant pots to take home and nurture. The vibrant atmosphere was enhanced by a sea of Oaks balloons, making our presence unmistakable!
Throughout the event, our enthusiastic team was on hand to chat with visitors, share information, and answer questions about our services—from breakfast and afterschool clubs to our preschool provision. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with families and the wider community.
