We were very pleased to have had such a good and positive response to the parent survey that we ran in September 2023. This survey covered specifically Holiday club.
The on-site pool during our summer holiday club (7-25 August) was a huge success. We were able to offer as many swim sessions as possible, each day. Our qualified swim staff encouraged safe, fun, water play!
The children enjoyed the swimming most, followed by playing with their friends, playing outdoor games, and arts and crafts – to name a few!
We are pleased we are meeting the children’s expectations in the range we offer them.
Breakfast is now offered at our holiday clubs, in addition to afternoon snack, which has proven to be popular.
By way of a headline, satisfaction scores were extremely high with all parents giving us a satisfaction score of 8, 9, or 10 out of 10 and an average of 9.3.
