We are looking for a new part-time Office Administrator to join our Office team, based at our Oaks Office, Mortimer, working 15 hours a week on average during term-time. You will be joining an experienced team, working with the Office Manager and Clubs Manager, reporting to the Operations and People Director. The core office hours are 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday and the role is fairly flexible. It may be possible to do some aspects of the role remotely, and to work 4 or 5 days per week. You will need to have excellent administration and communication skills. Experience of working as part of a small office team, and for a childcare/community organisation are desirable but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
