Oaks Holiday Clubs

We are very pleased to announce that we are offering a holiday club for October half term running between Monday October 24th and Friday October 28th. The club will run from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday each week, from Aldermaston C of E Primary School where we will have access to the school hall, the adventure playground, and extensive outdoor grounds including shady areas.

The club is open to all children already attending primary school (aged 4-11y). The cost will be £38.50 per day. A 10% discount is available for Oaks children, for siblings, and for full-week bookings (one discount will apply per child).

Alice Walter of our Priory Oaks team will be leading our holiday clubs. A huge variety of activities will be available every day including organised games, craft activities and messy play. You and your children will recognise many of the Oaks staff if they come to our clubs, and will make new friends if they don’t.

Our clubs, including our holiday club, are Ofsted registered, fully insured and run with trained and qualified staff.

BOOKING INFORMATION:

Once you have completed a registration form (we will have this if your child currently attend The Oaks)  you will simply need to read the information below and complete an online form.

Up to October 17th, there is no charge for cancelling or amending your booked days.  Bookings made after 17th October, including during the holiday club week, will remain chargeable whether your child attends or not.  This is because we plan our staff rotas and snack menus according to our booked numbers.  During holiday club, if you wish to swap a day, you may be able to do this if you give us reasonable notice and if we have availability.

You will need to provide a healthy packed lunch with an icepack or in a cool bag.  We provide a morning and an afternoon snack (not a meal).  Our snack menu will be available to view at club once we have finalised numbers, and we can accommodate dietary needs.  Please ensure you do not provide food that contains nuts due to food allergies.

Please also bring suitable clothing/weather protection (we don’t know yet whether this means sun cream or rain coats!) and a change of clothes in case you get wet.

Drop off will be at the covered doorway accessible from the school car park between 8.00 and 9.30am. This will be well signposted.  If there is no-one present when you arrive, please ring the doorbell and someone will be with you as soon as possible.

Collection will be from the same place between 4.30pm-6.00pm.  If you wish to pick up outside of these times, please ensure that you inform a staff member, either in the office, or at the club. Please be aware that anyone who arrives to collect your child will need to know the password on your registration form.

During the holiday club weeks you can contact the club directly on 07826 462650.  Please be aware that staff may not always be in a position to respond to calls immediately so do send a text or leave a voicemail if you don’t get through immediately.
